I-SP Department
In section I-Sp the validity period of the right of perpetual usufruct was entered – 2089-12-05
The manner of use was described as: a plot of land in perpetual usufruct until 05/12/2089 and a telephone exchange building constituting a separate property

Section II
In section II, the State Treasury was entered as the owner of the land and Orange Polska SA as the perpetual usufructuary of the land and the owner of the building constituting a separate real estate.

Section III
A limited property right was disclosed in favour of STOEN OPERATOR sp. z o. o., with the following content: a transmission easement, payable for a one-off fee and for an indefinite period, consisting in the right to establish electrical power networks and devices on the land and in the building, the right to use part of the encumbered property on which electrical power transmission devices located on the land and in the building are located, and in particular the right to maintain electrical power devices and installations thereon, to distribute/transmit electricity through them, and the right of entry, passage, free 24-hour access to the devices with equipment necessary for the needs of STOEN and authorized entities acting on behalf of STOEN, in order to perform activities related to the establishment, repairs, renovations, operation, maintenance, modernisation, fault removal, dismantling, installation of devices for remote data transmission (mbs cabinets and antennas), expansion (including adding fiber optic canalisation) and decommissioning of the devices.

The scope of this transmission easement will be limited to:
a) strips of land running through cadastral plot no. 14, along the axes of the existing medium and low voltage cable lines with a total length of l = approximately 93 m and a width of approximately 1.5 m to approximately 2.3 m, with a total transmission easement area of 137.50 ^m2 , in accordance with the map constituting Annex No. 1, and will limit the possibility of development, planting and other permanent forms of land development above this infrastructure,
b) parts of the building area - rooms no. 19, no. 20 and no. 21 (station no. 7178) with an area of 26.22 ^m2 , together with cable ducts in the building wall, for the needs of the electrical infrastructure marked on the ground floor plan constituting Appendix No. 2,
c) within the building and its external facade for the needs of the AMI and TELCO infrastructure along the shortest possible route indicated by STOEN in order to ensure the necessary GSM signal
