According to the Local Plan, the real estate is located in the area marked with:

§ 10. Elementary area DD7204.US

1. Functional arrangements:

1) purpose of the area: sports and recreation services;

2) it is ordered to implement objects or field sports and recreational devices;

3) supplementary services are allowed:

a) tourist services (e.g. hotel and boarding facilities),

b) office and administrative services,

c) health services and preventive healthcare (e.g. clinic, nursing and rehabilitation services),

d) social welfare services (e.g. care for the elderly, social welfare home, care and educational facility, children's club, care point for children up to 3 years of age, kindergarten),

e) gastronomy, entertainment,

f) trade - in premises with a sales area of up to 100 m 2 , built into service facilities,

g) educational and didactic, conference and training activities;

4) it is forbidden to locate motor sports facilities and field devices;

5) in the immediate vicinity of a single-family housing estate (outside the plan area), it is forbidden to locate an enclosure for animals.
