Resolution No. 6 / II / 2018 of the Sierpc City Council of 5 December 2018 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan for the central and south-eastern part of the city of Sierpc - stage I.

The property is located on two areas:

6UMW - services and multi-family and single-family housing development 1KX - areas of publicly accessible local government pedestrian routes.

The plan allows for the renovation, expansion and superstructure of the existing buildings by one storey in the form of a usable attic, with a maximum height of 14.5 m, with the height of the front elevation limited to 9.5 m.
