What conditions must a facility for a service building meet?

A service building must meet certain requirements, including access, public areas, and lighting. First of all, the entrances must be accessed via hardened access roads with a minimum width of 150 cm .  Both one of them, as well as the public rooms inside the building, must also be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities . Stairs at the main entrances cannot be narrower than 35 cm , while internal doors must be at least 90 cm wide . It is also important to install emergency lighting - however, this only applies to such service buildings as an exhibition hall, a bank operating room, a theatre or a cinema.
