How to transform a commercial premises into a residential one?

How long can the formalities take?
An application for reporting a change in the use of a building or its part, together with the above-mentioned annexes, should be considered by the district office or city hall immediately. This should take no longer than 30 days. If it turns out that the application is incomplete, it must be completed within the deadline set by the authority.
If the office does not raise an objection, you can assume that it has given its so-called tacit consent. How to transform a commercial premises into a residential premises with such consent ? After 30 days, you must apply to the office for a certificate of no contraindications to transformation and a certificate of independence of the premises. It is necessary to confirm the change in the status of the premises and make an entry in the land and mortgage register. You have up to 2 years to complete these formalities.
