The condition of the sale is the establishment of indefinite limited property rights concerning:

  • an area of 288.80 m2 in an office and technical building on the basis of use or, after agreement with the buyer, limiting this area ultimately to 164.7 m2 with the establishment of temporary rights for a maximum period of 18 months to an area of 107.3 m2 (possible to release after transferring the equipment after the sale of the property)
  • area of 84.40 m2 in the ground, on the basis of transmission easement
  • area of 2.72 m2 on the ground, on the basis of use
  • 9.34 m2 of roof space, based on the usage principle
  • area of 37.88 m 2 on the facade based on the principle of use

- Plot no. 428/20 with an area of - 70.00 m2 is part of the estate road from Kopernika Street.
