For sale is the perpetual usufruct right to the plot with registration number 128/7 with an area of 1427 m² and the ownership right to a technical and office building erected thereon with a usable area of 2436.65 m² and the ownership right to an undeveloped plot with registration number 129/7 with an area of 790 m² .
Technical and office building - a facility built in 1990, free-standing, with four above-ground storeys and a lift engine room on the roof of the building, with a basement, brick, made in traditional technology.
