    In section IO the following was entered: plot of land no. 1502/119 with an area of 0.1843 ha, type of use: Bi- other built-up areas and two buildings constituting a separate property in accordance with the extract from the register of buildings of 23/07/2019.

    In section I-Sp the following was entered: an entitlement resulting from the right disclosed in section III of another land and mortgage register in the form of an easement of way and passage through plot no. 1502/118 in a strip of land 4m wide and 167m² in favour of each subsequent owner or perpetual usufructuary of plot no. 1502/119. This right was also entered in section III of the land and mortgage register maintained for plot no. 1502/118. Date of validity of perpetual usufruct: 05 December 2089.
