In section I-Sp the validity period of the right of perpetual usufruct was entered – 2089-12-05
The manner of use was described as: "a plot of land in perpetual usufruct and buildings and facilities constituting a separate real estate".

- Entitlement resulting from the right disclosed in section III of another land and mortgage register: paid land easement for an indefinite period on plot no. 523/1 described as consisting in the right of passage and passage through the property along a strip of land with an area of 84.00 m2, the course and area of which are marked in blue on the drawing of the easement course, which constitutes appendix no. 2 (two) to the notarial deed of September 14, 2023. For the benefit of each perpetual usufructuary of plot no. 523/2
- Entitlement resulting from the right disclosed in section III of another land and mortgage register: paid land easement for an indefinite period on plot no. 523/1 described, consisting in the right to place on plot no. 523/1 a power cable running from the building located on plot no. 523/1 to the transport and communications building located on plot no. 523/2, constructed on an area of 25 m2, the location and area of which were marked on the drawing of the easement course, which constitutes appendix no. 3 to the notarial deed of 14/09/2023, together with ensuring access to it and the possibility of its maintenance, for the benefit of each perpetual usufructuary of plot no. 523/2.
In section II, the State Treasury was entered as the owner of the land and Orange Polska SA in Warsaw as the perpetual usufructuary, the owner of the building constituting a separate real estate and the owner of the equipment constituting a separate object of ownership.
