In accordance with the letter of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments of 25 September 2015, the conservator informs that plots no. 93/2, 93/3 precinct 8 are located in the conservation protection zone no. II "Western outskirts of the Old Town - Berlińskie Suburb" and in the archaeological protection zone no. 10 (Old Town area, former urban center, historic layers) designated in the Local Spatial Development Plan of the city of Tczew.
