    Section I-Sp – the period of perpetual usufruct was entered until December 5, 2099
     The land and mortgage register contains entries regarding perpetual usufruct and ownership of the building, which is a separate property.
    An entitlement arising from the right disclosed in section III of another Land and Mortgage Register; a payable, one-off remuneration and unlimited in time, land easement consisting of the right of passage and through plots marked in the land register no. 2/33, 2/36 and 2/37, for the benefit of each perpetual usufructuary of the land and owner of buildings situated on the real estate located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, Wadowice County, Andrychów Commune, Andrychów town, district 0001, consisting of plots no. 2/31, 2/32, whereby each perpetual usufructuary of the real estate consisting of plots no. 2/31, 2/32 is obliged to:
    1) maintaining order in the area of plots no. 2/33, 2/36 and 2/37 during the use of the easement,
    2) use the easement in a manner consistent with the socio-economic purpose of the easement, without the right to stand or park,
    3) not blocking the road,
    4) in the event of the need to repair/repair the surface of the easement road used under the easement, each perpetual user of plots no. 2/33, 2/36 and 2/37 will contribute 20% to all costs of repairing/renovating this easement road, as well as to the costs of maintaining this road, in the part covered by the easement, such as cleaning and snow removal.
    Section II - the State Treasury was disclosed as the owner of the land, and Orange Polska SA as the holder of perpetual usufruct of the land and the owner of the buildings constituting separate property
    Section III-entry;
     Limited Property Right related to another real estate; paid land easement for an unlimited period consisting in the right of passage and through, without the right to stand or park, enabling access to a public road, the scope of which will be limited to plot no. 2/32 with an area of 0.0076 ha designated in Annex No. 1 to the notarial deed constituting the basis for the entry, in favour of each and every owner of the real estate constituting plot no. 1/2, located in Andrychów, whereby the company under the name Orange Polska Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw is not obliged to build facilities related to the use of the easement; DZKW 10222/22 discloses the division of plot no. 1/3 into plots no. 1/10 and 1/11.
    Limited Property Right related to another property
    A paid land easement for an unlimited period, consisting in the right of passage and through, without the right to stand or park, enabling access to a public road, the scope of which will be limited to plot no. 2/32 with an area of 0.0076 ha, designated in Annex No. 1 to the notarial deed constituting the basis for the entry, for the benefit of each and every owner of the real estate constituting plots of land no. 1/3, 1/4, 1/7, 1/6, 2/25, 2/26, 2/28, 2/39, 2/40, located in Andrychów, whereby the company under the name Orange Polska spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw is not obliged to construct any facilities related to the use of the easement.
