The condition for the sale of the property is the establishment of a limited property right in favour of Orange for the technical infrastructure concerning:

  • area of 144.60 m 2 in the building on a usufruct basis,
  • an area of 75.37 m2 in the ground, on the basis of a transmission easement,
  • area of 26.51 m 2 on the land, on the basis of use,
  • area of 42.72 m2 on the roof under transmission easement,
  • area of 14.58 m2 on the facade, on the basis of transmission easement.

The right to use 221.02 m 2 on the ground floor and in the basement of the administrative and technical building was established for the benefit of the Polish Post Office (District Post Office in Tarnobrzeg).
