  • area of 236.7 m 2 in the ground, based on a transmission easement
  • area of 1.05 m 2 on the ground, on a usufruct basis
  • area of 23.91 m 2 on the façade, based on a transmission easement
  • area of 131.5 m 2 on the roof, based on a transmission easement
