    Land and Mortgage Register kept by the District Court in Żary.
    In the "Land and Mortgage Register Designation" section there is an entry stating that the Land and Mortgage Register in question concerns a plot of land in perpetual usufruct and buildings constituting a separate real estate.
    In the IO Section "Real Estate Designation" there is information entered that the real estate is located in Żary on two plots – cadastral number 209/5 with the address Pocztowa Street and the second with cadastral number 210/2 with the address Długosza Street under the serial number 1A. Both plots are developed and have a total area of 0.2689 ha.
    In the I-SP Section "Matters Related to Ownership," the Zielona Góra Voivodeship Office's Enfranchisement Decision of October 11, 1993, was entered. This decision constitutes the basis for acquiring ownership of the buildings located on the property in question. Additionally, the perpetual usufruct right to the land is valid until December 5, 2089.
    In Section II (Ownership), the State Treasury is listed as the owner of the land, and ORANGE Polska SA as the owner of the buildings.
