    Land and Mortgage Register kept by the District Court in Żary.

    In the "Designation of the Land and Mortgage Register" section there is an entry that the subject Land and Mortgage Register concerns a plot of land in perpetual usufruct and buildings constituting a separate real estate.

    In the IO Section "Property Designation" there is information that the property is located in Żary on two plots - no. registration number 209/5 with the address: Pocztowa Street and the second one with the registration number 210/2 with the address: ul. Długosza under reference number 1A. Both plots are developed and have a total area of 0.2689 ha.

    In Section I-SP "Matters related to ownership" was entered the Ownership Decision of the Provincial Office in Zielona Góra of October 11, 1993, constituting the basis for the acquisition of ownership of the buildings located within the property in question. In addition, there is an entry here informing that the right of perpetual usufruct of land is valid until December 5, 2089.

    In Section II (Ownership), the State Treasury is entered as the owner of the land, and ORANGE Polska SA as the owner of the buildings.
