In accordance with the provisions of the applicable SUiKZP approved by Resolution No. LVII/559/2023 of the City Council in Stargard of 28 November 2023 on amending the "Study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the city of Stargard", the property is located in planning unit No. 1 - Stare Miasto , in the area marked with the symbol:

  • SM.1.7 - areas of downtown housing complexes.

The areas of the city center housing complexes serve residential purposes and the location of services appropriate for the city's city center. These areas are predominantly built-up, undergoing transformation aimed at improving their standard. Residential use is not the primary function in these areas, but complementary to service functions and other land uses, listed below.

Based on the letter of April 27, 2023, the Provincial Conservator of Monuments certifies that plot no. 274 in area 11 is not individually entered in the register of immovable monuments, but is located in the Old Town entered in the register of monuments under no. 40, decision of April 22, 1955, reference number KI.V.-0/19/55, which is also covered by the conservation protection of archaeological sites.
