  • area of 436.40 m 2 in buildings, on a usufruct basis,
  • an area of 98.26 m2 on the land, on the basis of a transmission easement,
  • area of 107.13 m2 on the facade, on the basis of transmission easement,
  • area of 54.64 m2 on the roof, on the basis of transmission easement.

In addition, a commercial lease was established for the Polish Post Office covering an area of 658.03 m2 and an additional commercial lease covering an area of 67.44 m2 . There is a possibility of releasing this space within 12 months from the date of signing the sales agreement.
