Resolution No. L-53/2018 of the City Council in Wołomin of March 28, 2018 on the local spatial development plan for the area of Lipińska, Sikorskiego and Teligi streets in Wołomin.

The area will be marked with the symbol UP-1. - public service area.

In accordance with the local spatial development plan in force, the architectural concept provides for the reconstruction and extension (vertical and horizontal) of the existing technical and office building, along with its adaptation to a service building with:

  • commercial premises for rent for public services (60%) and non-burdensome services (40%), including premises intended for commercial services,
  • a garage hall on the underground level

Additionally, it is planned to divide the real estate into 3 investment zones , each of which contains a technical infrastructure object along with the accompanying development of public services.
