There is no Local Development Plan for the property. According to the Study of Conditions and Directions for Spatial Development of the City and Commune of Dobre Miasto, approved by Resolution No. XVIII / 129/2011 of the City Council in Dobre Miasto of December 15, 2011, the plot is located in high-intensity residential and commercial areas.
