  • The right of perpetual usufruct to two plots of land with a total area of 2,089 m2, currently developed with seven buildings with a total building area of 815 m2 , located in Warsaw at ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 55/59 and ul. Antoniego Edwarda Odyńca 25.

  • The property will ultimately be without Orange's telecommunications infrastructure (the relocation of the infrastructure will be at Orange's expense).
