Additional information

The existing power point will be used for the OPL part. For the part of the object being sold, a new power supply point should be built from the power industry and a new RGnn ( low voltage main switchboard ) located in the basement on the wall adjacent to the power plant (room 0.06). Until a new supply point is obtained and an energy contract is concluded with the energy supplier, the buyer may be temporarily supplied from the RGnn OPL switchgear and metered with a sub-meter. Until a new supply point is built, the buyer's electricity consumption should be accounted for as a surplus over the historically average consumption by OPL.
