Additional information

For the OPL portion, the existing power supply point will be used. For the portion of the facility being sold, a new power supply point from the commercial power supply company and a new RGnn ( low-voltage main switchboard ) should be constructed, located in the basement on the wall adjacent to the power plant (room 0.06). Until a new power supply point is obtained and an energy contract is concluded with the energy supplier, the buyer can temporarily be supplied with power from the OPL's RGnn switchboard and metered. Until the new power supply point is constructed, the buyer's electricity consumption should be billed as the excess over the OPL's historical average consumption.
