In accordance with the Local Spatial Development Plan for the City of Golubia-Dobrzyn established by Resolution No. XXXIX / 281/2006 of the City Council of Golubia-Dobrzynia of April 18, 2006, published in the Official Journal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province No. 78 of June 23, 2006, item 1307 plots with geodetic numbers 475/1 and 473/1 at ul. Młyńska in Golub-Dobrzyń are located in the area marked with the symbol T, i.e. the area of technical service. The above-mentioned plots are not located in a degraded and revitalized area, in accordance with the Revitalization Act of October 9, 2015. Real estate in Golub-Dobrzyń at ul. Młyńska 2 and 2A located on plots, respectively 475/1 district 4 and 473/1 district 4, are not entered in the register of monuments of the voivodship, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and are not included in the provincial register of monuments. The plots are located within the Dobrzyń urban layout, the record card of which is included in the provincial register of monuments.

The property for sale is the land plot no. 475/1 with an area of 1156 m 2 developed with an office and technical building with a usable area of 236.74 m 2 and the perpetual usufruct right to the real property constituting the plot of land no. 473/1 with an area of 659 m2, developed with an office building - technical, with a usable area of 127.99 m 2 .
There are two office and technical buildings on the property. The buildings are made in traditional brick technology, which are free-standing buildings.


The plot has a regular shape, it is situated on a flat area. The plot area is partially fenced. The area outside the development is partly developed with hexagonal concrete paving blocks-type slabs and a lawn. The entrance is hardened with the-type concrete slabs. There is a disused steel tower (mast) on the plot.

  • establishment of a transmission easement for telecommunication networks located on the ground area of 2.92 m 2, the use of the land area of 3.0 m 2, and the transmission easement on the facade area of 3.5 m 2

Additional information

The real estate is not entered in the register of monuments but lies in zone K of the protection of the urban layout defined by the boundary of zone K in the plan drawing. Within this zone, there is an obligation to report to the Provincial Conservator of Monuments all investments related to the superstructure, expansion and reconstruction as well as the implementation of new buildings, the building area of which exceeds 70 m 2 or the maximum height exceeds 6 m.
