The 12th edition of the Real Estate Market Forum, which took place in Sopot on 2-3 June, is behind us. Many discussions, panels, talks and over 500 people participating in the largest and most prestigious meeting of the Polish residential and commercial real estate market.

During this edition, experts analyzed, inter alia, how potentially the tense economic and geopolitical situation may affect the industry. The speakers also presented ways and how to deal with the times of risk. Can apartments be an effective tax shield? Stationary work in the office or hybrid, or just a home office? What is the office rental market like after the pandemic? The panelists were answering these and many other difficult questions for two days.
