The regional edition of the largest real estate conference in Poland took place in Katowice - January 27- 28, 2022. "Questions about the future of the region. Quality of Life, Housing ”was attended by Sylwia Lipnicka, Orange Polska's main real estate sales specialist.

During the two days, there were several dozen sessions and presentations with over 230 speakers from Poland and abroad and almost 200 exhibitors.

A real estate representative from Orange Polska emphasized, inter alia, the role of the region and its enormous potential: “Silesia is a region associated with investments and jobs. We know about many local initiatives, such as building a city of science in Katowice. In addition, our environmental awareness plays an increasingly important role - we remember about sustainable construction and pay attention to technologies that reduce the carbon footprint. All this makes the region alive and attractive for investors. "
