Business breakfast - Orange Polska and Harvard Business Review

21.10.2016

On October 20, 2016, a business breakfast took place at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Krakow, which - together with the editors of Harvard Business Review - was the organizer. The meeting entitled "The past in the future: the second life of buildings" focused on the problem of the lack of vacant land in city centres. During the discussion panels, we wondered whether revitalization of buildings is an alternative to the lack of land in city centres and what are the possibilities of adapting existing buildings. An important problem that we raised was the issue of cooperation with the city authorities and the conservator in the revitalization of historic buildings. Paweł Buchman, Orange Polska Real Estate Director spoke on the Orange panel. During the meeting, Maciej Klukowski - director of the Real Estate Trading Department presented a case study with examples of implementation of investments on real estate sold by Orange.
