Poznań: coverage of the regional meeting as part of the "Second Life of Buildings" series

On October26, another meeting as part of the "Second Life of Buildings"the initiative was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Poznań. The ideas ofrevitalization, change of purpose and modernization of existing buildings werediscussed.

Examplesinclude old telephone exchanges converted into a network of private dormitoriesLAS (Living and Studying) or the modernization of the Adgar Park building inWarsaw. The future of the former army command centre, built in the times of thePolish People's Republic in the event of a war with NATO, i.e. the property ofOrange in Serock, was also considered.

“The mostimportant thing when buying or selling a property is the idea of ​​how it can be used later. Amonginvestors, we have those who are able to pay much more for a good location andan old building with character to stand out, argued Paweł Buchman, RealEstate Director of Orange Polska.

Certainrestrictions related to conservation protection were also emphasized, while atthe same time emphasizing the huge potential of these properties influencingthe sale.
