The City Development Office is currently working on the Local Plan for the real estate in Wrocław at ul. Silesian Insurgents. The planned changes will primarily include giving the property a hotel function. Additionally, it will be possible to implement vertical communication routes. The introduced changes will make it easier for future buyers to start a hotel investment that will perfectly match the surroundings and the needs of the local market.
